Meeting minutes from EPA Scientific Advisory Panel meeting November 3-6, 2009.
The SAP notes that there are new and unique hazards caused by silver nanoparticles to humans and the environment. These hazards and questions must be answered. Today the data do not exist to provide many of those answers and will need to be developed. The EPA will develop policy based on many of the recommendations of the SAP.
