The French Agency for Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (AFSSET) has issued a report calling for the European Union's REACH (Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) legislation to be rewritten to specifically address manufactured nanomaterials.
